1 Definitions & Applicability

The meanings of certain key terms used in these Terms are as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the jo999 website, application, and all services operated under it.
• "Member" refers to any person who has opened an account on jo999 and is using its services.

• "Account" refers to each member's individual personal gaming account.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on jo999, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years old (for users aged 21 and above only).
• You must open the account in your own name and of your own free will — managing an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• You are of sound mind and are agreeing to these Terms voluntarily.
• Online gaming is not legally prohibited in your region of residence.

If an account is opened using a false age or identity, the account will be terminated immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person is strictly prohibited. jo999 detects duplicate accounts through technical and data-based methods and terminates them immediately.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be accurate and kept up to date. If any information changes, the member must notify the support team immediately.

3.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials confidential and secure. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. Granting account access to a third party without authorization is prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

jo999 currently supports the following payment methods:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for all methods. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods & Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used to verify the account.

4.3 Verification Requirements

Completing identity verification before the first withdrawal is mandatory. As part of compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, jo999 may request additional documents at any time.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (on bonus funds only). This means that if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳22,500 in wagers before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Note that the wagering requirement applies only to the bonus funds — not to the original deposited amount.

5.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Bonuses can only be used to place bets on the platform; they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Each bonus offer may have its own terms and conditions — please read the details on the promotions page.
• jo999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be suspended and the bonus forfeited.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on jo999 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Random Number Generator (RNG) and live dealer games operate to ensure impartiality. Each game result is entirely independent and is not influenced by previous results.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The outcome of a bet depends on the official result of the relevant match. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the relevant funds will be refunded.

6.3 Game Errors & Disputes

• Deceiving other members or providing false information.
• Intentionally exploiting weaknesses or errors in the game system.
• Attacking or interfering with jo999's servers or network in any way.

If prohibited activity is detected, the associated balance will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming

The maximum liability will in no circumstances exceed the original amount of the transaction in question.
